Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Content and Membership Sales

  • All purchases of digital video packs, Pay-Per-View unlocks, Ultra HD downloads, and Lifetime VIP Access memberships (Discover, Gold, Diamond) are final and non-refundable.
  • Once access to the digital media or premium area is granted, the service is considered fully rendered.

2. Exceptions and Billing Disputes

Remember that refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Proven technical defects preventing content access that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate billing transactions caused by a system error.

If you notice an error on your statement, please contact our billing partner CCBill or our direct support team immediately at support@maevajohnson.com before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

3. Lifetime Memberships

Since our VIP tiers are based on a “Lifetime Access” one-time fee model, there are no recurring subscription cancellations to process. Your access remains active indefinitely unless your account violates our Terms and Conditions.
